General information

  • The rates are intended per person and day with all Dorner inclusive services...
  • A surcharge of 10% applies for short-stays of less than 3 nights.
  • Single use of double room upon request.
  • If you book breakfast only for the entire duration of your stay, a reduction of € 40,00 per person and day applies in all room categories.
  • On the day of arrival the rooms are ready by 2 p.m.
  • Please vacate the rooms by 10.30 a.m. on the day of departure.
  • Late-check out for a fee of € 20,00 per person only in case of availability.
  • Good dogs are welcome. Please note that dogs have no access to the dining room or the wellness area. We charge € 35,00 per dog and day without food.
  • The hotel bill can be paid in cash, by cheque, EC card or by credit card. Please note the daily limit for EC cards in Italy from € 9,00 to € 1.000,00.
  • For legal reasons cash payments are only possible up to an amount of € 1.500,00.
  • The layouts of the rooms and apartments are of schematic character and not size accurate. Differences in the rooms and furniture are possible.
  • Print errors and price changes excepted.
  • Due to organizational reasons we are unable to confirm certain room numbers or floor levels.

Prices for children staying in their parents' room

* Each day our chefs prepare a 3-course menu plus a salad bar for our young guests. If children eat a normal meal instead of the children’s meal, we add an extra charge of € 15,00. We ask that you notify us of this when making your reservation or at latest when you arrive.

Cancelation & Trip insurance

Trip insuranceAnything can happen before your holiday, but with our cancellation insurance you are financially covered. Should you have to delay or cancel your hotel stay or have to leave early, EU regulations allow cancellation fees to be charged. To save you from any expense in such cases, we recommend that you take out this holiday cancellation insurance policy, so that these costs will be covered by European Travel Insurance instead. The form for this can be found on our website. We charge 40% of the total price for cancellations up to 1 month prior to arrival and 70% of the total price for cancellations up to 1 week prior to arrival. For cancellations in the last week prior to arrival, 90% of the price will be charged as a cancellation fee. If the cancellation takes place on the day of arrival, we must charge the entire amount.
