General information

  • Prices are per person and per day, or per week in the case of weekly arrangements, and cover all the Dorner inclusive services.
  • A 10% surcharge is added for stays of less than 3 days.
  • Double room used as a single room + .
  • If you book your accommodations with breakfast only for your entire stay, the price is reduced by per person/day.
  • Your room will be available from 2 p.m. on your day of arrival.
  • On your day of departure we kindly ask that you vacate your room by 10:30 a.m.
  • If available, a late check-out fee of 35,00 € per person is payable.
  • Well-mannered dogs are welcome at our hotel. However, we ask that you understand that they are not allowed access to the dining room or to the wellness facilities. A fee of 7,00 € is charged per dog and per day without food.
  • You can pay your hotel bill by cash, check, EC card or credit card. Please note that in Italy EC cards have a daily limit of 1.000,00 € - 1.500,00 €.
  • The sketches of the rooms and apartments are for illustration purposes and are not drawn to scale. There may be differences in the rooms and furnishings.
  • Subject to possible printing errors and price changes.
  • For organizational reasons, we ask that you understand that it is not possible to reserve specific room numbers or rooms on a certain floor.

Prices for children staying in their parents' room

* Each day our chefs prepare a 3-course menu plus a salad bar for our young guests. If children eat a normal meal instead of the children’s meal, we add an extra charge of 15,00 €. We ask that you notify us of this when making your reservation or at latest when you arrive.

Cancelation & Trip insurance

Trip insuranceAnything can happen before your holiday, but with our cancellation insurance you are financially covered. Should you have to delay or cancel your hotel stay or have to leave early, EU regulations allow cancellation fees to be charged. To save you from any expense in such cases, we recommend that you take out this holiday cancellation insurance policy, so that these costs will be covered by European Travel Insurance instead. The form for this can be found on our website. We charge 40% of the total price for cancellations up to 1 month prior to arrival and 70% of the total price for cancellations up to 1 week prior to arrival. For cancellations in the last week prior to arrival, 90% of the price will be charged as a cancellation fee. If the cancellation takes place on the day of arrival, we must charge the entire amount.
