General information
- Prices are per person and per day, or per week in the case of weekly arrangements, and cover all the Dorner inclusive services.
- A 10% surcharge is added for stays of less than 3 days.

- If you book your accommodations with breakfast only for your entire stay, the price is reduced by per person/day.
- Your room will be available from 2 p.m. on your day of arrival.
- On your day of departure we kindly ask that you vacate your room by 10:30 a.m.
- If available, a late check-out fee of 35,00 € per person is payable.
- Well-mannered dogs are welcome at our hotel. However, we ask that you understand that they are not allowed access to the dining room or to the wellness facilities. A fee of 7,00 € is charged per dog and per day without food.
- You can pay your hotel bill by cash, check, EC card or credit card. Please note that in Italy EC cards have a daily limit of 1.000,00 € - 1.500,00 €.
- The sketches of the rooms and apartments are for illustration purposes and are not drawn to scale. There may be differences in the rooms and furnishings.

- For organizational reasons, we ask that you understand that it is not possible to reserve specific room numbers or rooms on a certain floor.
