We would like to give you a little taster of the specialities from South Tyrol, Italy and the rest of the world which are prepared freshly in our kitchen every day.
After all, culinary delights are the icing on the cake for any holiday.
After a long, eventful day hiking, mountain biking, skiing or tobogganing, you will be really looking forward to the specialities from South Tyrol and the 5-course gourmet menus in the evening which finish off a day on holiday and end it with a treat.
We would like to make these menus even more indulgent – with advice on wine from our sommelier Andrea Pircher and our host Egon Götsch. They will recommend fine wines which will enrich and accompany each dish perfectly. This turns our specialities from South Tyrol into a delicious ensemble which gently spoil even the most demanding palate.
